Our Story (Why We Started Con Todo Coffee)

After living in Mexico for five years, we got pretty accustomed to drinking high quality Mexican coffee on a daily basis. However, anytime that we would fly back to the United States to see our family for Christmas, we were heavily disappointed to not be able to find Mexican coffee. 

"How is it that we are just a few hundred miles from Mexico, one of the world's best coffee producers, yet we can't find Mexican coffee?", we thought. 

Yet, it wasn't until months later whenever we visited a winery in Valle de Guadalupe that the idea really hit us. Why is it that we know everything about the wine we drink and can even visit the farms, yet we drink coffee every single day and know next to nothing about where it came from?
